Kristy is a born and bred Cooma local and started Fortitude Physiotherapy after realising there were gaps in the physiotherapy market in this rural area. Kristy LOVES the Monaro and always knew this is where she wanted to bring the spoils of her degree.

Kristy completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Newcastle, graduating in 2010.

Kristy currently competes in the local netball and touch football competition and in 2017,  played in the Group 16 League Tag competition with the Bombala High Heelers.
